Thank you for shopping at Kappastock! We want to make sure your order arrives safely and on time.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.
Shipping Times
Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days within the United States. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods such as holidays.
Shipping Costs
Free shipping is available on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery location.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status through the carrier's website or via your Kappastock account.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders containing multiple items may ship separately and arrive on different days. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment at no additional cost.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@kappastock.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos of any damage and we will work to resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or full refund.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Kappastock is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@kappastock.com and we will do our best to make corrections before the order ships.
