BRAND NEW Kit which includes Receiver, Remote with wall mount and directions. This is a Hunter Ceiling fan remote and receiver. This kit will work on almost all ceiling fans. It will control both the light and fan functions (High/Medium/Low fan speed and increase/decrease light). 

This will works on fans with regular light bulbs (incandescent) and not CFL (fluorescent) bulbs. 

9V battery is not included. 

Receiver shipped may not be yellow as show. 

Receiver may be grey or Black in color depending upon inventory. Rest assured all the functions will be the exact same as yellow.
